Fused glass cufflinks handmade by Frances of Flick Glass in Muizenburg. These unique fused glass cufflinks are made from layers of dicroic glass, fired in a kiln. Dicroic glass is made by coating the glass with multiple layers of metal oxides.

These coatings transmit certain wavelenghts of light which create an interference effect similar to the iridescence seen in fire opals, dragonfly wings and hummingbird feathers. Sterling silver backs. Pattern may vary to image.
