Guarantee
We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery, bags
and service. If your items do not meet with your approval
and
are unworn, or unused you
can return them to us within 14 days and we will be happy to
exchange the items or refund the cost, although you will
be asked to pay for
the cost of the return delivery. If the item is faulty, or there
has been an error on our part, we will refund the full cost,
including postage. Please note that earrings cannot be returned
unless faulty,
for hygiene reasons.
We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery
for returns as refunds are only made once we have received your returned
item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We have taken great care to make sure that the colour of our
jewellery and bags is as close to the images shown as possible,
however pearls, semi-precious
stones and crystals are natural products, and you can therefore
expect some variation of colour. Please also be aware that natural
leather ‘wears’ with
age and you can therefore expect it to get darker the more you
wear it.
Payment
Payment can only be made by credit or debit card through the PayPal
system (please note that it is not mandatory to set up a PayPal account
to complete the transaction). We do not take cheques and cannot take
credit or debit card transactions over the telephone.
On receipt of your order you will automatically be sent an e-mail
containing your order details and the billing amount.
Delivery
We
aim to deliver to you as quickly as possible, within
5 working days.
Would
you like to host a Cape Gem jewellery party?
(Applies to the counties of Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire
and North & Central London.)
As a host, all you need to do is invite a group of your friends along to a coffee
morning or evening party at your home. In return for you providing the venue,
refreshments and guest list, you can have your choice of jewellery from our beautiful
collection to the value of 10% of the takings at your party.
Once a party date has been agreed, we will send you a pack of invitations to
give to your guests (we do ask that you have a minimum of 15). We will arrive
an hour before your party to set up and just need at least one large, clear table.
